Getting
a Loan, whether it be a home loan, auto loan,
business loan, or even your first credit card, shouldn't
be difficult and stressful, it should be easy and exciting,
and now it can be. Thanks to the internet and your keen
mind (you found this site didn't you?), you can turn what
used
to be a drudgery (getting a loan) into something fun - an
event where you are
in control. All you have to do is use the resources we've put on this site
to your advantage and actually go shopping for a loan.
There are many companies out there loaning money, so don't just
consider getting the first loan you come to and calling it a
day. Choose
several
loans
that
fit
your
needs,
and
make the lenders
work to get your business. When getting a loan or credit card,
customer service doesn't have to be nonexistent, and in the information
age it
isn't if
you
know
where
to look. Be patient and don't worry, the loaners (I know, the
term is lenders - I just couldn't resist)
haven't loaned out all their money...yet. |
This website was not built for mortgage brokers, loan officers,
bank presidents, or financial gurus. It was built for you, the
loan consumer. It was put together around the idea that
knowledge is power and power gives the beholder the upper hand.
We believe it's better to do business than battle, and the best
way to avoid doing battle is to be armed with the best possible
loan getting weapons - articles, reviews, tools, links, and other
resources to make your quest for getting a loan a much better
experience.
Whatever you do, don't count yourself out before you count yourself
in. Even if you have a less than stellar credit history there
are reputable finance companies willing to help you in your quest
to get a loan, but only if you give them the opportunity. There
is no way to tell whether or not you're going to qualify for
any given loan, unless you actually try. If you don't qualify,
it does not mean you're a failure; it just means that you failed
at getting a loan ...this time. So what? Try again. The great
Wayne Gretsky is quoted as saying "You miss 100% of the
shots you don't take". I, for one, cannot argue with that
statement. Let's put it this way - You will not get a loan if
you don't apply for it...100% of the time. Stop settling for
what you think is reality and create your reality! "Loan
Home", as the character in ET said (okay, maybe he didn't
say loan home but he knew what he wanted, and went after it).
Do yourself a favor, and do the same thing!
Do you know what you want? Do you want to get a credit card,
or is it a home equity loan. Do you need a loan for a car, or
is it a first time mortgage. Just make up your mind, get all
of your ducks in a row, and apply for the type of loan you want
and/or need. Money doesn't grow on trees (if it did you'd still
have to pick it) it grows in banks lending companies, and
the equity that you have or will have built up in your home.
You can use this home equity to refinance, get a home equity
loan, borrow against the equity to reduce credit card debt, and
so on. Just keep one thing in mind, nobody is going to loan you
any amount of money if you don't ask (apply) for it. So what
are you waiting for? Go apply for the loan of your choice now.
You've got nothing to lose, and everything to gain (in the form
of a loan).
Oh, and one other thing. Never, and I mean never, respond to
any email about any sort of home loan, auto loan, business loan,
or credit card from somebody who sends you information you didn't
ask for. That's called spamming, and reputable financial institutions
don't allow it, which means whoever sent you that email is breaking
the rules. Responsible companies, and anyone affiliated with
them (such as aloanandlovingit.com), will only send you email
if you've requested it. Why? Because we, too, dislike spam as
it clogs up our email servers and costs us all a lot in time
and money.
